The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how to manage the website www.quattromedicasrl.com for the following brevity "Site", with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of D. Lgs 196/03, bearing the "Code of protection of personal data", and community, (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, to those who connect to the Site of Quattro Medica srl The information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the User through special links. The information is also inspired by the recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Authorities, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular the modalities, the timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to Users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the link. Quattro Medica srl adopts the measures put in place to guarantee the traffic data stored both for investigation and prosecution of crimes, and for ordinary purposes, prescribed by the provision of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data of 17 January 2008, which "Security of telephone and telematic traffic data" (G.U. n. 30 of 5 February 2008), as amended and supplemented by the provision of 24 July 2008 (G.U. n. 189 of 13 August 2008), on "Normative transposition in the matter of telephone and telematic traffic data". The User is informed, however, that communications via the internet, such as e-mail/web mail could pass through different countries, before being delivered to the recipients. Therefore, Quattro Medica srl cannot assume responsibility for any unauthorized access or loss of personal information outside its control.
